This program will cost you NO money and has No obligations. When you sign up (click on "I agree"), you will be signing up for BOTH the Basic & Advanced programs. This is a "one- tier", "grass roots" marketing program designed so that it's all about people telling people about a great product AND about Helios saying thank you for helping us spread the word. We doubt that you will find such a fun and profitable program anywhere.

How does the Affiliate/Rep program work?
Sales Commission Programs
When an affiliate signs up, they will receive an e-mail with a link to our Affiliate Kits and Supplies page where they may purchase promotional material and product kits ($5 - $90) to assist them in spreading the word about Helios and earning a commission. By signing up as an affiliate, you are able to do business as a basic or advanced affiliate; it is up to you to decide who you want to sell to.
1. Basic Affiliate ~ This is the basic program. Simply sign up and receive an Affiliate Number/Password and a link to the Discount Web Page that will give your customer or friend a 10% discount off of all of the products on our website (*retail kits and cases excluded). This order will be tagged with your affiliate number and you will receive a 10% commission.
2. Advanced Affiliate/Rep ~ This takes the basic program one step further; you may "find" and "claim" any account (businesses) that you wish - there are no limits - from beauty supply to dance studios to bowling alleys to yoga studios to health food stores to sporting goods to garden centers, etc. (Everybody wants to be free of pain - you just need a focus group). If the account does not have a "claim" on it, then you can claim it and receive a 10% commission on ALL orders placed with Helios for ONE YEAR. No one else will have that account. Track customer orders and see your results. If you show activity of new accounts purchasing products each year, then your initial account commission will continue for another year, and so on for the years to come. We want you to reap the rewards for as long as possible, if you stay active.
Required Sales Protocol (for selling to businesses):
Qualify Account - Check the account out first. Do they supply our products presently? How interested are they? What will these products do for them? Profits, repeat business, happy customers ... Show your demo kit and discuss the features, functions and benefits (explained in your kit) and let the owner and any others experience the product. You may need to leave a sample and a brochure - we have inexpensive sales kits available for purchase to get you started. Obtain all the business information: Name of company, decision makers, telephone, full address, emails, web site, type of account and comments - This will be required. Write it all down.
"CLAIM" an Account - We will email you a link to a form to fill in the accounts that you wish to claim. By 'qualifying' the account you will find out if they are already 'claimed' (purchasing the products). We need to make sure that Affiliates are not crossing paths. Then, to actually make a claim you will need to submit all of the above requested data on the account. We will email you the account information for your records and you will be our Affiliate Representative for that company.
When you want to claim a business there is no need to provide them with your affiliate number. As long as you claim the account via the provided link and a business places an order, YOU WILL get commission for the sale.
The object is to qualify several accounts and place allot of 'claims'. You may also place claims in any part of the country - Call them to qualify - Make a claim - send a sample and brochure - follow up - ALL on the Phone! Use our web site for reference.
We will definitely support a hard working, successful, Affiliate Representative with many sales tools. Monthly conference calls will answer many questions and provide leadership, direction and sales tools.

Terms & Agreements for Helios Health Products Affiliate/Rep
This is a basic form contract that is fair to you, to let you know our intentions.
Please read the document below before registering.
1) Terms of the Agreement: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on fulfilled sales occurring during the term.
2) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
3) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.
4) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
5) Payments Methods: Payment will be sent once a month by Direct Depost, Check or PayPal. Payments are issued to accounts that earn $25 or more per month. If you don't earn $25 in a given month, the amount will be rolled over until you reach the minimum for payment. All payments are made out in US dollars.
6) Miscellaneous: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Rhode Island, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Rhode Island, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
