The “Relief” process is simple. Fill a basin or sink with hot water (a comfortable temperature) and stir in about 2-3 Tbs. of Helios Soaking Salts. Soak hands or feet for about 5 minutes while keeping the water as hot as possible. Repeat this process twice a day for 2-3 days. Continue process for 2-3 more days, if condition persists. Consult physician if condition continues. If Hands or feet are hot and swollen try cool water.
